AOL Names Christian Peck as Head of European Advertising Products and Operations

London, October 26, 2009; AOL today announces that Christian Peck has joined the company as Vice President of European Advertising Products and Operations, responsible for managing and scaling AOL’s advertising operations and developing industry-leading products. Christian comes to AOL from Microsoft, where he served as Partner Solutions Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that he held roles at Atlas Advertising, most recently as Vice President and Managing Director of the company’s EMEA operations.  Peck has spent over a decade in media agencies, his last agency role was group board director at Zed media, part of Publicis Groupe.
 
Peck will spearhead AOL’s product innovations across Europe including creative solutions, behavioural targeting, sponsored text listings and display advertising as well as leading the company’s product development. Based in London, Peck reports directly to Kate Burns, head of AOL’s European Advertising Sales.
